Refund policy

Returns 

We at Catchytrips realize that not all clothing fits the same, in the event that you are unhappy with the fit & it isn't on sale or in our clearance section then please read below. We will do everything we can to try and make it better. Please contact us prior to mailing anything back to us.

* Items can be returned for a Store Credit ONLY, issued in the form a gift certificate. We cannot issue refunds.

*All returns must be recieved within 15 days of the date that we shipped it out to you. If you had local pick up then it must be recieved within 7 days.

*Anything that was purchased on Sale or in our Clearance Section is FINAL  SALE and does not qualify for Exchanges or Returns**

*Items returned with makeup or deodorant stains, pet hair, without tags attached, with any odors, smelling of cigarette smoke or in any other condition then how it was sent to you which was new, Will Not be accepted. If we receive an item that way or if you did not contact us prior to mailing it out to us, then the credit will not be issued to you and it will be returned at your expense. 

 Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. We accept returns for store credit only.

Refunds:
If your item is damaged when received we will provide a full refund when the item is returned. *excluding shipping costs*

 

Exchanges:

 We have a limited number of each beautiful style featured on our site and because of this, we can't guarantee an exchange. We can only offer exchanges for the same item but in a diff size or for an item for the exact same price. If for some reason we can't fulfill your request then we will issue a store credit excluding cost of shipping. You are responsible to pay for shipping of the exchanged item. We offer this on regular priced item not SALE/CLEARANCE items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will cover the cost of return shipping in the event of a wrong item or a damaged item being received.

Shipping is a flat rate of $15 across France. We also offer free shipping for orders over $150.
